How do I restore my purchases?
Open Ringmogul, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases (it is also on the shop and Pro screens). Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Ringmogul Pro, lifetime purchases, packs and looks come back.
Why did my Gold or Rewinds not come back on my new device?
Gold and Rewinds are consumable purchases: once bought they are added to your save on that device. Apple does not restore consumable purchases, and your save is stored only on the device (there is no account or cloud save), so Gold and Rewinds cannot be moved to a new device or recovered after deleting the app. Subscriptions, lifetime purchases, packs and looks always restore.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Ringmogul and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Ringmogul work offline?
Yes. The game runs entirely on your device. You need a connection only to buy or restore purchases and for Game Center friend challenges.
How do I turn off the announcer or the reminders?
Both are in the app's Settings. Notifications (game reminders and shop offers) are off unless you allow them: at most four a day, never at night, and every kind, offers included, has its own switch in Settings → Notifications.
